Terms of Service

These website terms apply to use of brandingang.com and online package checkout. Project specific work is also governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order, or other written agreement. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

Project scope

Deliverables, schedule, dependencies, revision limits, payment terms, ownership, acceptance criteria, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal, order, or statement of work. Requests outside the approved scope may require a written change and additional fees.

Payments

Amounts due must be paid according to the applicable order or agreement. Online package prices are controlled by BrandinGang systems rather than browser supplied amounts. Work may be paused when undisputed payments are overdue.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely feedback and approvals, accurate information, lawful content, required access, appropriate backups of client controlled systems, and having the rights needed for materials they provide to BrandinGang.

Third party services

Projects may depend on providers such as payment processors, domain registrars, cloud platforms, app stores, advertising networks, email providers, social platforms, or other vendors. Their availability, approval decisions, fees, policies, and service changes are outside BrandinGang control.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing terms for final deliverables are governed by the applicable written project agreement. BrandinGang retains ownership of its preexisting tools, methods, know how, templates, reusable components, and generalized knowledge unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Business formation support

BrandinGang may coordinate filing and launch workflows but is not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax adviser. Clients are responsible for obtaining qualified legal, tax, accounting, licensing, or regulated professional advice when needed.

Acceptable use

Services may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malware, deceptive conduct, or activity intended to compromise systems, users, or third parties.

Disclaimers and limitation

Marketing, SEO, platform growth, and business services can improve execution and opportunity but do not guarantee revenue, rankings, audience size, approvals, funding, or other business outcomes. Any limitation of liability specific to professional services will be stated in the applicable project agreement to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension or termination

BrandinGang may suspend access or work when reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful use, material breach, or overdue undisputed amounts, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Changes

These website terms may be updated as services change. Material terms for active professional engagements are governed by the applicable written project agreement rather than retroactive website changes.
