Refund Policy

Professional services

Agency work reserves production capacity and may involve work that begins shortly after payment. Fees for work already performed, approved milestones, third party costs, and nonrecoverable expenses are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in the applicable written agreement.

Fixed scope packages

For online fixed scope packages, the package description identifies what is included. If you request cancellation before work begins, BrandinGang will review whether a refund can be issued after deducting any nonrecoverable transaction, vendor, or setup costs where permitted by law.

Custom projects

Deposits, milestone payments, retainers, and cancellation terms for custom work are controlled by the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us promptly. Please do not intentionally submit a second checkout while a bank or payment method is still processing the first transaction.

Disputes

Please contact BrandinGang first if you believe a charge or deliverable is incorrect so the project and Stripe transaction records can be reviewed.
